The binder-free depth filtration medium consists of a thermally welded borosilicate filter fleece. The vacant volume of 95% guarantees a high load capacity at low differential pressures. The filter media is hydrophobic.
The stainless steel construction ensures a high mechanical and thermal stress tolerance. The filter element is biologically and chemically inert and offers no feed ground for separated micro-organism.
As the filter element can be sterilized, highest efficiency is provided. Up to 100 sterilization cycles can be guaranteed.
The filter can be used in ambient temperatures between –20°C to +200°C.
The company offers 12 different filter housings for volume flows of 3 m3/h to 1.980 m3/h, economically designed for different applications.
The service-friendly two-part filter housing is equipped with a squirt protection plate, which prevents the filter element from contamination and destruction by liquids.
The filter housings are made of high quality stainless steel 1.4301, optional 1.4404. All housings can be used for temperatures of up o 200°C. Application oriented connections milkpipe and flange connections in standard. Clamp or ANSI flange connections can be supplied upon request.
